Looks like Hitachi will become the first company that releases a Blu-Ray Camcorder. Reported by Camcorderinfo.com, it looks to be set to ship in Japan starting August 30 and released worldwide after October. The camcorder includes a 5.3 megapixel sensor that allows the camcorder to display genuine full HD videos up to 1920 x 1080 resolution. So if your looking to record the clearest videos to show off on your new HD TV then keep an eye out for the BD70. It can also record movies to DVD blanks as well as 8cm Blu-Ray Disks.
